Books are accepted for returns in new condition only with a receipt. Books with shelf wear, torn/worn covers, damaged pages or otherwise damaged will not be accepted for a return. Book returns without a receipt will be accepted for exchange only on a case by case basis. Books sold as damaged copies at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged. They will be marked as damaged at checkout. No exceptions.
Merchandise sold in packaging can be returned only if returned new and in packaging (examples include stationary, magnetic bookmarks, pen sets) and with a receipt. Merchandise without packaging cannot be returned* (examples include t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, most bookmarks). Returns on eligible merchandise without a receipt will be on a case by case basis and for equal item exchange or store credit only.
All returns or exchanges are at the final determination and discretion of the store owners.
*Exceptions may be made if there is a defect in the item, on a case by case basis.
